Although the Archives are open to College personnel and to the public, access is controlled to ensure preservation. Contact the Archivist to arrange an appointment: 313-317-6521. Librarians may offer limited assistance but are unable to provide in-depth help.
Materials in the Archives are for library use only and may not be checked out. The library is happy to photocopy any needed materials. (A charge for photocopying may be incurred.) Photos may be scanned to the user’s email, or a hard copy will be made for cost.
Unless specific permission is given, a librarians or other staff member must remain in the room while the Archives are in use.
Contents must be kept with and returned to the correct folder. The materials may not be written on or marked in any way.
