Anthropology in Periodical Articles

Articles are much briefer than books, and appear in regularly published periodicals, including popular magazines and scholarly journals. Articles contain newer and/or more detailed information, especially on a narrower topic.

Most of our articles are in digital Databases, many of them specialized by subject area.  Anthropology has been described as "the most scientific of the Humanities, and the most humanistic of the Sciences."  EBSCO's OmniFile full-text allows you to take a multi-disciplinary approach to locating articles on complex topics like "Carbon-14 dating Peruvian mummies to determine long-term changes in social hierarchies."
