Items donated to the Henry Ford College library become the property of the college and, generally, are not returned to the donor. Gift books will be added to the collection based on the same criteria as purchased material. The library reserves the right to determine the retention, location, cataloging treatment, and other considerations related to the use or disposition of all donated materials.
The library is unable to place a monetary value on donated items but we can provide a form, on which the donor can indicated the estimated value of their donation.
